Welcome
As an interim manager, I am pleased to be at your disposal for interdisciplinary tasks in the crossroads between business and technology. This can be a temporal filling of a vacancy, meeting peak demand or in relation to a process optimization. You define the continent on which the service is to be provided.
I have extensive and detailed knowledge in the following areas;
- MROs (EASA Part 145),
- Airlines (CAMO +),
- Aerospace manufacturing companies (EASA Part 21G) and
- Engineering service provider (EASA Part 21J).
My well-founded technical aviation knowledge combined with my economic know-how (Industrial Engineering degree at the Münster University of Applied Sciences) makes me an excellent communicator for the numerous interfaces that link these disciplines.
I have been working mainly in the civil aviation sector since 1996. Customer satisfaction is and always represents for me, an absolute high quality in the forefront of all activities in the aviation business.
What can I do for you? I would be happy to assist you with your individual challenges. My areas of expertise range from classic project management (such as in engineering), downtime support for airlines, lessors or MROs, to consultancy on quality or organizational issues. Moreover, I can also help you with advice and support within the scope of personnel recruitment.
