Dominik Nebel completed his training at Lufthansa Technik in Munich as an Industrial Electronics Technician (today aircraft electronics), prior to his studies as an Economical Engineer at the Technical University, Münster in 2000. Afterwards he worked shifts there as an electronic technician and performed maintenance and repair work on Boeing and Airbus aircrafts.
After working in Cologne as a technical controller at Lufthansa City Line, in marketing at Lufthansa Technik in Hamburg and at Lufthansa Technik Component Services in Los Angeles, he joined Germanwings in Cologne and was mainly responsible for the aircraft cabin and painting.
Furthermore, he worked there as an engineer in structural damage to the aircraft. During this time he worked closely with EASA Part 145 companies. As representative at base maintenance events he accompanied C-Checks and D-checks. He also coordinated aircraft returns from the operator to the lessor (phase in / phase out).
Next Dominik Nebel moved as a production manager to STTS Germany that has taken over the remaining fuselage preservation within the Airbus production line for the A320 family and the A330 and A340 programs. This was done with six production lines and over 120 employees.
Thereafter his career led him to one of the major engineering service provider (Assystem GmbH). As Team Manager for cabin retrofitting Dominik Nebel led a team with almost 40 employees at peak times. His team worked for design organizations (EASA Part 21J) for up to 40 cabin retrofitting projects in parallel. Among other things, he supported a management consulting firm in strategy development in the aviation sector.
For all tasks, customer satisfaction with very high quality standard was always a priority. He brings this claim into his own companies since 2015. WINg WINg International LLC was founded in 2016 on Nevis.

Mr. Nebel knows very well the world of the MROs, the aircraft operators and the engineering service providers. This makes him an excellent communicator for all interfaces, connecting the disciplines together.
