Management tasks

Through the management of various divisions and departments with up to 120 employees, I have been an executive since 2010. In order to be able to successfully manage these areas both technically and commercially, I had to lay the foundations with an industrial engineering degree in 2002. I have gathered my practical experience mainly in airlines, maintenance companies, engineering service providers and aerospace suppliers.

Engineering Activities

In addition to the executive positions, I also support airlines in engineering. As a result of my training as an Aircraft electronics engineer (Lufthansa Technik AG) and my very sound technical understanding, it is a pleasure for me to support airlines in the day-to-day operations and during downtime maintenance.

I am very concerned with aircraft modifications of all kinds, whether in the area of the aircraft cabin or in other ATA areas.

Downtime support

Do you need a representative for your Base maintenance Event?

As a trained aircraft electronics engineer and an engineer in the Lufthansa Group, I have worked on more than 30 Base maintenance events before I became self-employed. I have maintained aircrafts like the B737, A320 family and A330/340 in the C- and D-check. During the downtime, I also did transit checks for well-known leasing companies.

I am of course already at your disposal to accompany the downtime as smoothly as possible for you as a customer during the planning as well as the follow-up phase.

Project management

Are you missing the right project manager for your projects? Or do you need someone who will put project management on a solid footing for you?

I was able to independently manage my first project while still studying in 2002. Since then, I have been responsible for over 190 projects. These were not just small projects with only 50 man-hours but also large and complex projects both in terms of man hours, budget, quality and schedule.

I have been able to integrate the practical project management experience with theoretical expertise. I have prepared a project management manual for an SME (EUR 45 million turnover) and also optimized and implemented the project management process and the structures in several companies. It is particularly important that the processes and tools that help the employees are “resilient” in everyday operations.

I have successfully documented and realized the implementation and improvement of the procedural landscape in line organizations as well as in matrix organizations.
